How to Dive in...
Help Us Shape the Future of Web3 Resources
The two ways you can dive into the resources
While our Founders Book is a comprehensive 300-page guide filled with theory, insights, and strategic guidance, we know that your time is limited. To make contributing easier, we recommend starting with the frameworks and course templates. These resources are designed to be practical tools that Web3 founders can use immediately. By focusing on these, you can provide valuable feedback that we’ll then incorporate directly into the book, making it even more useful for future readers.
1. Dive Into All 300+ Pages of Resources
Feel free to go through our complete collection of resources, which includes over 300 pages and 40+ templates. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of everything we offer, from detailed frameworks to strategic guides. However, keep in mind that it’s a lot to digest, so depending on your availability, this might take some time. This approach will allow you to see the full picture of Nozomi's resources and contribute feedback on a broad scale. If you’re interested in a thorough review, this can be a great way to get familiar with all aspects of the Nozomi ecosystem.
2. Focus on What You Know Best
If diving into the entire 300+ pages feels overwhelming, no worries! Instead, we encourage you to focus on the specific areas where you have the most expertise. Take a look at our chapter and frameworks list, and choose the topics that resonate most with your experience. Whether it’s community building, tokenomics, growth funnels, or KOL campaigns, you can provide targeted feedback on the frameworks or chapters that align with your strengths. This way, you’ll be able to provide valuable, high-quality insights without needing to review every piece of content. You don't have to cover everything—just the areas where you can have the greatest impact.
The three levels of feedback
Surface-Level Edits (Quick, Clarity-Focused Edits)
Refining and Adding Depth to Existing Frameworks
What you’ll do: Go beyond basic feedback. Help us deepen existing frameworks by proposing advanced strategies or tactics, such as ways to optimize growth funnels, build community incentives, or improve retention techniques.
Credit: Major contributions will be recognized by including you as a co-author or contributor for the refined frameworks. If you create something entirely new, you’ll be credited as the author.
Time Commitment: Moderate—this requires deeper thought and may take a few days depending on your focus.
Creating New Frameworks (Filling Gaps)
What you’ll do: Identify areas where we need more depth (like strategies for KOL campaigns, on-chain analytics, or other Web3 growth tactics). If a framework is missing, help us create it from scratch.
Credit: If you develop a new framework or tool, you will be credited as the author. For smaller contributions, you'll be listed as a contributor.
Time Commitment: Higher—building a new framework may take several days depending on the complexity.
Note to Founders
At Nozomi, our mission is to make your life easier by providing resources and strategies designed to empower your growth journey. We know you’re busy running your project, so we’re not asking you to comb through everything. Instead, we want your feedback on frameworks that would genuinely make a difference for you.
Tell Us What You Need: Glance through our resources or simply let us know—would frameworks for refreshing your comms, creating sales decks, teaser videos, or building content plans be valuable to you? Just tell us where you’d benefit most, and we’ll ensure the tools match your needs.
We Will Build It for You: Based on your input, our team will either match you with relevant frameworks or create new ones from scratch, tailored to support your specific goals and challenges.
